This is an Ayers HO scale Diesel House Interior#603. The kit requires complete assembly. It is made of heavy cardboard and wood. The cardboard pieces have yellowed. But they appear undamaged. The wooden parts look fine and I did not see any broken pieces. It has many small parts like stairs, pillars, finish nails, and the plans. I do not know if all required parts are in the box as it was open and is quite old. The box itself looks its age but is not broken. I did not find many of this make so I don't have any comparison regarding rarity or quality. You each will have to judge its worth. Here is TWO Russound CAV6.6 Multizone Audio Kits which is a multisource/ multi-zone audio distribution system which means that it allows the user to control what they hear through the speakers in a room(TV audios. CD, radio, iPod doc, etc. and how they hear it(volume/tone/bass) controlled from a keypad installed on the wall connected to the speakers on one side and the Russound controller on the other. Since the units are daisy chained together they control the same six audio sources. But having two of them does double the number of outputs, instead of just 6…I have 12, so my system can control audio for a dozen rooms and has a white double gang keypad for each. While it isn’t absolutely necessary to use an amplifier with this system. It is recommended when you are daisy chaining and for that reason my package includes the Russound DPA-4.8 ... more8 Channel Amplifier. I’ve included photos of my receipts.
