Gold dredge Barge Project for 1 1/2 inch to 4 inch back pack dredge
For sale extremely light weight Styro foam Back pack gold dredge barge platform(almost completed project) I came up with the design of this foam platform because I did not want to take a chance of the dredge(I had which I since have sold)sinking with the inflatable inner tube it came with by hitting a sharp rock or flipping over in the water if a wave came by in the river. I got the idea from a guy who attached his small dredge to a surf boogey board and it worked well for him but I wanted something similar but much lighter. All thats left to be done on the barge is coat and smooth out the cut edges with some automotive bondo and then put a thick coat of elastomeric rubber roof paint and this platform will be river worthy! You can get a gallon of elastomeric paint at Walmart for about $20 and you can get a small can of bondo there also for ... moreabout $7.00. Guys. Up for bid is a very nice Keene Dredge with 1.5 Suction. The Pump has just been serviced buy a qualified SAE Certified Mechanic. She shot water 25 feet over our Ditch beside our house when he was finished. All the Hoses are in Excellent Condition. Notice the Tool Bag, and Mixing Bottle and tie down straps. The main issue that needed to be fixed was the throttle attachment. The cable needed to be clamped in the housing in order to work because a small piece surrounding the cable has broken off. So what he did was put a clamp around the whole housing, and then electrician taped it.so it cannot move, you can see that in the pictures. He then gave it a try, and she fired right up after cleaning, servicing, and priming the Pump. This unit just works beautiful, and has 2 stroke Kawasaki Motor, that just runs great. This whole unit is ready ... moreto Rock. She comes complete with everything you see in the Pictures including everything you need accept an inner tube. This whole unit is super light weight, and sits on an inner tube. We had one but it was dry rotted from sitting in storage not being used. KEENE KAC DREDGE COMPRESSOR
For sale is a used Keene KAC compressor. needs to have new reeds installed. I have run this on my dredge for a few years and it worked great. plenty of air for two divers. It pumps about 4.3cfm at 2800rpm. I am replacing it with a Gast 263 that I already have instead of fixing it. this compressor only weighs in at about 8 pound. That lighter than a T-80 and pumps nearly the same as the 263. this come with two sets of mounting feet angle that on it in the pics and straight mounts. Also it comes with an extra pulley. you get everything shown in the pics as is and nothing more.
