It is a silk and cotton ornamental hooked mat from Charlevoix county east of Quebec City. RARE& Incredible 1870's Antique LOG CABIN Handmade Quilt Description. This is an incrfedible quilt in very good condition forr the age. I have been told that the fabrics and construction are from the 1860's. There are some pinholes throughout that have been darned and you will notice that the gray stripes have been replaced with cotton- they were originally silk but deteriorated and have been replaced. with some restoration. This quilt would be pristine- at the moment- it is pretty darn fantastic: Beautiful fabric examples- gorgeous coloration and design- a lot of time and effort went into this quilt. Up for bids is this really well done standing taxidermy mount of a young North American beaver. It stands approx. 16" tall from base to top of its back. The base measures approx. 24" long and the tail measures 10" long. It weighs less than 9 lbs and is well posed and is a great display size. Perfect for table top. 12 Point WHITETAIL DEER MOUNT MONSTER BUCK taxidermy antlers horns log cabin This is a Monster Buck! Mount is in good condition. This buck has very thick antlers. This is a 12 pt buck with a very small 13th nub on the right antler. This mount is on a nice piece of wood and is ready to hang. There are a couple spots of wear(hard to see- see photos) and there is a split starting on the back of the deer(unnoticeable when hung but can be fixed by a taxidermist) I am offering free local pickup for shipping. If you need this shipped please let me know. I'm guessing it will have to go freight due to the dimensions of the package. I'm guessing the package will need to be 38x30x30 with about 23-25 lbs total to ship.
