Conner McDonough first moved to Big Bear in the winter of 1996, and graduated from Big Bear High in 2014. He began working for John in the spring of 2012 and has been hooked ever since! He spent his first two years as a deckhand under John and Cliff, before learning the trade of being a guide. Come enjoy some reel fun aboard the Less Stress!
