The tone from this guitar is absolutely incredible, and the neck has to be played to be believed. They definitely had a hit with the Vibracell resin for sure. Abalone inlays are absolutely beautiful. The guitar is in excellent condition. However, there is an original finish blemish on the rear of the guitar(see photos) but that's it. And the amp itself shows very little wear for being 8 years old. This amp was primarily used for studio recording& has been kept in a smoke free environment. The Shiva is famous for its luscious sparkling clean channel and its assertive English-style midrange overdrive channel to punch thru dense mixes. There is a master global volume and presence control. Each of the two channels has an independent volume as well to assist in achieving the best volume cohesiveness between the clean and overdrive channels. As previously mentioned. This Shiva contains the sweet& lush sounding reverb tank, which offers INDIVIDUAL level controls of the reverb for EACH channel independently. ... moreThis attribute allows players who may not require reverb on the clean channel but who desire some reverb on the overdrive channel(and vice versa) to be satisfied. For those of us who have had the pleasure of playing thru a high quality reverb tank like this, know that there is no substitute for a real reverb tank in an amp. This is an interesting switch as the metal case is marked"The Domestic Electric Co. Cleveland O Pat. Pend. 10A. 125V" with a direction arrow. However. The black handle is marked"The Perkins Electric Switch Mfg. Co. Inc. Our research found that The Domestic Electric Company made electric motors. However. On Sep 18. 1922, Domestic Electric filed for a patent which was i ssued on Nov 11. 1930 and numbered 1781441. The drawings for this patent look very similar to the construction of this switch with the exception of the black handle which we believe is made from bakelite. Vintage Gone With The Wind Hurricane Table Lamp with Shade& Chimney Here for your consideration is a lovely vintage electric Gone With the Wind style table lamp. The globes are white with blue highlights and have hand painted flowers with green leaves and touches of brown. The lamps three-way switch has been replaced for safety. The lamp lights three ways- top only. Bottom only or top and bottom at the same time. In the pictures a 60 Watt bulb was used in the top and a night light in the bottom. The lamp measures about 18 ½” to the top of the chimney and approximately 16" to the top of the shade. The top shade is about 8" across at the widest point. The top has a fluted(ruffled) edge that is approximately 5" across. The bottom globe is approximately 6" wide at the widest point. The base of the lamp is 5 1/4" ... morewide. It does show a small amount of surface wear in a couple of spots but is not very noticeable. The lamp is in excellent condition as can be seen in the pictures. I found no cracks. Chips or nicks. Hi. This is Don. If you have one of the old brown Emerson fans and it will not run. This might be why. My old fan would hum and would try to run if I spun the blades. I researched a value for the cap and come up with this one. Ran my fan all last summer, and this cap works great. The old cap was a big square metal can, this one is very small, but it is correct. Will work for the 12 or 16" fan. I believe this cap brought the rpm range down for much more suitable speeds as well. I'm certain you will like this cap, if you need more than one, let me know. This is a nice Pressed Steel or Tin Wall Scones. Note that it has a Toggle switch on the side. I do not know if it works or the brand. In the picture you will that the flange is bent. It was bent as I straightened it with my fingers. The mount dimensions are 6" X 4 1/2" with the socket tray at 4" diameter and it weights 11 oz. Offered for your inspection is a nice Vintage Lava Lamp Base Only! It features the pierced brushed aluminum which reflects on the surounding walls and surfaces and resembles starlight. It works great and has a 6 foot brown cord with a Gilbert switch. The exterior surface shows little wear and is gold in color. The bottom of the base is black plastic with three tab feet. The interior has some corrosion on the bottom but will not hamper operation of the lamp base. There is no mfg. brand. When the pedal is depressed the pedal"clicks" As opposed to a momentary contact switch. I have found the switch has worked for some applications and not in others. The difference would be the type of switching circuit in your amp. In one amp I had, it would switch between"clean" and"boost" channels properly, but on another brand amp it would not switch between channels. Switch Vibracell Wild I Electric Guitar - Unique Vibrant Instrument - Great Cond
Its one of those. Gotta be one of the coolest guitars around. These were around a few years back and came in all kinds of shapes and sizes and very vibrant colours. and this is no exception. Made by Switch from a meterial called Vibracell. Kind of a moulded resin/plastic/composite going off the info read on the net. I believe the model name of this one is the Wild I. But it does have Vibracell on the truss rod cover. This particular model features string through body with decent bridge saddle combo. Single Switch humbucker with vol/tone controls, and a coil tap micro switch. Also has a bound rosewood neck and all black hardware. It plays nicely and was just restrung today(07/03)Its in excellent overall condition with just light signs of use.One word of caution, the'switch' logo lettering has been known to come loose on these- its ... moreall present here but can come off.
