This is a solid brass stop tailpiece from the 1970's. Was gold plated. But much of it has worn off. Heavy. Brass parts were very popular in the 70's. The brass density added noticeable sustain and tone to the guitar. From end to end of the stud opening is approx. 3 1/2" The opening for the stud is approx. 5/16" Do not know the maker, but a well made American part. I ship worldwide. One hard find! This listing is for a 1959 Valco bronze-style straight tailpiece for Solidbody& Resoglass Airline. Supro, and National guitars. The tailpiece is fully functional and complete with both pieces firmly held together by the original three screws. It mounts with three additional screws(not included) The metal shows heavy wear on the part that faces out toward the tail of the guitar. It has 53 years of real beautiful age. GRETSCH 24" Walnut Bass Drum 1980's Stop Sign Badge Jasper Shell 24"X14"
Nice. Used 1980's vintage Gretsch 24"X14" Jasper Shell Bass Drum in OEM Walnut exterior with OEM Silver Trailer paint interior. Gretsch sticker inside shell states: Model 4269/Serial 131587. The drum has aftermarket DW spurs, no tom mount and the badge sits 90 degrees to the left of top dead center, when sitting behind the drum) or the 3 o'clock position when facing it. I have no idea why the drum was set up this way, but that's how it is. The finish is in very good used condition, still shiny with deep color but does show some nicks and scratches from 30+ years of use. The hoops, particularly at the location of the tuning clamps and bass drum pedal mounting area are the worst as would be expected. The chrome on the spurs and tuning hardware is nice. The drum has a ported. OEM GRETSCH-logo coated Ambassador front head ... moreand a REMO Master's dead-ringer beater-side head with an impact pad affixed. This is a real, American-made, vintage Gretsch drum and truly has"That Great Gretsch Sound! I got this drum as part of a collection of Walnut Gretsch drums and am selling it and a few others to recoup part of the purchase price of the drums in that collection that I was after. Alcedo Micron reel part- rubber bail bumper stop
This Micron bail stop has been precisely fitted with a rubber bumper much more durable than the original rubber. The OEM rubber was much too soft and split after a few hundred casts or so. Every old Micron has a completely worn out rubber bumper. This one will last much. Much longer. I have used one on a heavily used Micron and it is still intact after 15 years. Of course, it is an exact fit for your Micron bail cam.

★ ★★ ★★ ★ This listing shows 2 vintage circa 1800's cast iron flat/sad irons. Both are very old looking with some rust and showing their vintage age. Very heavy. One was identified as a Geneva. Illinois manufacturer and has their distinct star, the other one is IXI with a number but very hard to read. They could be used as bookends, doorstops or as decor. Measure aprox. 6.5"long x 3.5"wide x 5" tall- weigh about 6 lbs. each. All I can say is that I am VERY happy to use my sleek. Modern, electric iron. The model with 8 temperature settings, a blast of steam and'auto shut-off' when I forget to unplug it! I know I would not have fared well living in the 1800's! Interesting Flat irons& Sad irons facts. Blacksmiths started forging simple flat irons in the late Middle Ages. Plain metal irons were heated by a fire ... moreor on a stove. Flat irons were also called sad irons or smoothing irons. Metal handles had to be gripped in a pad or thick rag. Some irons had cool wooden handles and in 1870 a detachable handle was patented in the US. This stayed cool while the metal bases were heated and the idea was widely imitated. The sad in sad iron(or sadiron) is an old word for solid. And in some contexts this name suggests something bigger and heavier than a flat iron. You'd need at least two irons on the go together for an effective system: one in use. And one re-heating. Large households with servants had a special ironing-stove for this purpose. Some were fitted with slots for several irons, and a water-jug on top. At home. Ironing traditional fabrics without the benefit of electricity was a hot, arduous job. The original LX brake pads, the straddle cables, and the mounting bolts. I will also include two pairs(enough for 1 bike) of new Kool Stop hi performance light weight brake pads(Kool Stop model number KS-CXCT) All you would need to complete installation would be cantilever type levers and brake cable! This brake set is pre-owned but in good cosmetic shape and great mechanical shape. All springs(inside the brake arms) work as they should. There are two things I'd like to highlight: 1. one of the grey end caps has popped off of one of the brake arm assemblies and(2. one of the washers on another brake arm shows some wear. Vintage 1975 Fender Stratocaster Stop-Tail Kahler Trem Electric Guitar Description: Well here's one for the players if we've ever seen on! This was originally a 1975 Fender Stratocaster Hard-Tail in Olympic White w/ 3 single coils. It has been"upgraded" to a Kahler trem. And a combination of a Dimarzio Humbucker, Fender Lace Sensor Single Coil, and a what appears to be a Dimarzio Single Coil, w/ a coil tap switch installed to cut one of the coils of the humbucker. It has also been routed out for the humbucker, as well as for the upgraded Kahler trem. This was definitely a project for the last owner, and on top of the electronic mods, he also stripped down the finish, and it appears that at one point, this was even painted red! Regardless of what was done, what still exists is a beat up 1970s strat! As far as I can tell, ... morethe body, the neck, the tuners, the back plate, and even some of the electronics are correct and original to the guitar. The original switch and some odds and ends are also included in the case. The best part of the whole thing is.it actually plays well and it sound good! I know it looks rough on the outside. But it really doesn't matter when your eyes are closed and you're wailin out a killer blues run on this thing. This will be cool for the guys who like the 70s Strats but are too scared to do any customizing to their collector's pieces. It's already been cut for a humbucker, and wired for HSS so have some fun! Try out your own combo of pickups and see where you end up. The trem is great and feels awesome, and the neck is amazing! This will be a great project for the future owner! 1972 Gibson MEDALLION FIREBIRD V reverse #313 headstock repair STOP TAIL mod
Olivia's Vintage would like to present this rare 1972 Gibson Medallion Firebird V in its original Sunburst finish. It's had a professional headstock repair to a crack as it was NOT a break running through the entire headstock. It is now structurally sound and a very solid vintage Firebird V. It has also had a stop tail conversion which involved the vibrato portion of the Lyre tailpiece being cut off. The Lyre mounting bracket and cover were reinstalled after the original holes were filled. This makes it a great playing Firebird with a dependable stop tailpiece without losing the look of the original etched Lyre vibrato. It has a great playing neck with worn. But good frets. All parts are original with the exception of the nut, bridge pickup + metal surround, jack, back plate, two strap buttons, a few screws, and some ground wires. ... moreThe bridge pickup cavity was routed for a humbucker, and has extra holes around the route. It's complete with the exception of the vibrato portion of the original tailpiece, one screw for the bridge pickup surround, and the screws for the Lyre cover(3 of them are stuck in place holding the cover in place while their heads have broken off) It has nicks + dings, and other cosmetic wear. For sale a pre-owned set of 70’s early 80’s vintage Suntour derailleur cable guide and cable stop of older road bikes. Both cable guide and stop fit 1 1/8in down tubes. The cable stop goes near the top of the down tube and the guide fits near the seat post tube. As you can see the pieces are in great shape and they include the original hardware.
