Vintage German or Italian Stiletto Switch Blade Style Folding Knife Rostfrei
Up for auction in One Vintage Stiletto or Switch Blade Style Folding Locking Blade Knife. I am assuming this is German. Because it has Rostfrei on the blade. The quality would also indicate that it is a European knife and most likely German, but I am not sure. The makers mark is a stylized"B" I pin point the date of manufacture of this knife to be mid 60's. Overall closed length is 4 3/4" There is no spring mechanism, so it is strictly a folder. It does have a locking mechanism when the blade is folded out. The blade is released from the lock via a swivel bolster. Condition is excellent for it's age. The knife is nice and tight and the blade looks like it has been sharpened very little. There are a couple of very minute nicks on the blade, so it could use a sharpening. There is some rust mainly on the back of the knife ... morewhich is shown in the pictures. There are some nicks on the elk horn handles which can also be seen in the pictures.

COOL TRUMBULL KNIFE SWITCH ON OAK BASE STEAMPUNK INDUSTRIAL
Here is a nice old Trumbull knife switch for your laboratory. Or as a awesome desk ornament. I'm guessing this is from the early 20th century. The switch itself is mounted on a solid oak base. And four heavy brass binding posts are provided for connections. The switch base is Bakelite. Or something similar(not slate) It is wired up for polarity reversal service(or monster control. If you have that problem) The oak base measures about 5 by 6 inches and is 7/8 inch thick. And the switch measures 4 1/2 inches(including the handle) by 2 inches wide. The only marking on the switch is the maker's name, and there are some markings on the base, probably inventory from a school where it was once used. The original finish was lighter, and at some point, a darker amber shellac finish was brushed on. Thank you for looking and good luck!

You are bidding on an Antique Electrical HUGE Trumbull Industrial Frankenstein Knife Switch Halloween Steampunk. The knife switch measures 12" long. 8 1/2" wide and the slate is about 3/4" thick. When the handle is standing straight up it is 10 3/8" tall. It is old and is not perfect. It has a few minor chips around the edges of the slate. There are a couple of screws and nuts missing. Nice L&N Knife Switch I collected this knife switch from an estate sale last year with full intentions of cleaning it up and using it on my desk. As you can see in the pictures I never cleaned it.It is a 3 position switch(ON-OFF-ON) All of the actions are very smooth and solid.
