This switch was installed in my home for the purpose of powering the house in a power outage with the 30 amp output of my generator. It has served me well however I have recently upgraded to a whole house solution so this is no longer needed. Included is the switch itself I do not have the manual however it can be found online. Has 2 Built in Wattage Meters to permit Load Balancing. Double Throw Switches prevents power back feeding to the utility pole when power is restored. Shut off the power at the main breaker, wire in the neutral and ground then remove the hot wire from the breaker you want to be powered by the generator, and secure it to the"Black" wire for the circuit on the switch and wire the corresponding"Red" wire into the breaker. Repeat for all 10 circuits(A- J) Now when the power is out you flip the breaker from main to generator and off you go(with the generator running and plugged in) I assume no responsibility for this device other than the fact that it was removed from a working setup and will work if wired in properly according to the manufacturers instructions. I have searched in vain for maker's mark to no avail(not everything Benson made was stamped-which is a pain) Though I make no guarantees, I personally believe 100% that this is a product of WAS Benson, anyone used to handling Benson items regularly will likely agree, their patented spring-loaded switch, the weight and quality, the design(I have seen this very foot on stamped oil versions) the large ball at the base of the stem, the shape of the stem, even the small connecting parts ... moreare all typical Benson in design. The lamp looks to have been presented to someone in around 1912 for some sort of'time served' as their is an engraving to the foot. This is round the back where the flex exits so could be turned that way to hide if necessary. Dimensions; roughly 14" tall to the top of the bayonet bulb fitting. 7 1/4" across the foot. Condition; The lamp has a percentage of its original electroplate which is sadly worn. The lamp would benefit from a strip and replate or simply a polish to the brass(which does show through in areas already) slight spots of surface verdigris that will lift with a good buffing, lamp will need rewiring by a professional before use and will be supplied without a plug. You are bidding for the metal lamp base only up to the bayonet fitting. Shade and shade-holder are not included to keep costs on postage down and are shown for demonstration purposes only# Overall a lamp that(with little elbow-grease) will come up beautifully and has that'certain' quality to it. Up for Auction is a One Of A Kind Upcycled Vintage Acoustic Guitar Electric Wall Lamp with a Guitar String and Pick for a pull switch. And a Solid Oak Wood Wall Mounting Bracket. This actual Vintage Harmony Guitar, which had been showing the effects of age, has been given a new life by being converted into this Dramatic Accent Wall Lamp. The guitar, which has a beautiful warm finish, has been fitted with lights on both the back, as well as the inside of the guitar. The back lights create a warm splash of light on the wall behind, which in turn creates a dark sihlouette out of the guitar body. The sihlouette is then punctuated by the circle of light emitted from the sound hole. The guitar measures 34-1/2 inches tall overall, by 13-1/4 at its widest and hangs on a custom made Solid Oak Wall Bracket. The guitar protudes approximatelty 5-1/2 ... moreto 6 inches off the wall when hung in the bracket, and is kept in place with a snap-on safety strap.
