2011 10.5 meter Flexifoil Ion 5 Kiteboarding Kite with Bar and Line Set, no pump
Up for bids is my used 10.5 meter 2011 model Flexifoil Ion 5 with bar and line set(no pump is included) My poor 10.5 was the newest of my Ions. And in the best condition, until disaster struck. The wind died and my kite went down, no big deal. I was swimming in and a two foot wave took my kite in, also no big deal, but at the same time my board got ripped out of my hands and went in along side the kite. When I caught up to the kite it was nearly ripped in half. I can only assume the fins of the board sliced through the canopy as the wave was tiny. The good news is I had it professionally repaired at Prokite in Texas(for $175.00- ouch) and it flies perfectly. Unfortunately they must not have had the correct color canopy fabric because they used some funky white fabric. Whatever. At least it flies well. So it's still a great kite, but probably ... moreis more suitable for a backup or a kite to learn on now because you really can't be cool with a giant repair slicing down the middle of your kite. This is an Antique Pedal Pump Organ also known as a Parlor Organ from the late 1800s made by the Clough& Warren Company in Detroit. Michigan. It's a functioning musical instrument as well as an Antique and conversation piece. It requires manual pumping of the pedals to fill the bellows with air, which powers the sound. The draw bars are mostly in good working order to provide multiple different sounds and tones, as well as the octave coupler and Sub Bass which when activated gives it an incredible sound! Here we have a wonderful restored piano-cased reed organ that one does not find in this excellent condition! Seller. Organique-antiques, a division of eBay DAVOSALES located in Altona, Illinois has restored this impressively sounding reed organ both inside and out so that looks and sounds like it would have been leaving the Chicago factory in the late 1890's or very early 1900's. One can determine a date of mnfr by checking the serial number inside and then going to the Reed Organ Society website. This organ has been taken completely apart and seller has the photos to show the large amount of work that was done on it over many months period! Some of the many things done which are too many to list on the iPhone but will be added later: Complete redoing of the extra large reservoir(bellows) which are MUCH larger than parlor organ ones. ... moreAlso done was total cleaning inside of dirt and debris that accumulates in old pianos and organs. New felt. Leather, bellows cloth, reservoir hinges,and more work done on the long keyboard which contains many more reeds from long bass reeds up to tiny treble reeds. All the reeds were each cleaned and checked to play properly. Many mechanical parts had to be taken apart, cleaned, and tested to be working properly including knee swell levers under the keyboard which increase the volume(and also add a set of reeds) when activated! Seller has pictures of the restoration process which he hopes to add to this listing by iPhone if possible. Otherwise you could submit your email and then I could send the pictures via iPhone to you. On piano-cased organs there are very few stops and here in this case. NONE! You control the sound with your knees AND your feet! Piano-cased organs were made to compete with upright pianos which were replacing the old-fashioned high-top parlor organs. As these piano style organs were soon replaced by the phonograph. This auction is for this fancy antique cast iron well cistern water pump marked Buckeye Forge Pump and dated 1881.The cast iron is in solid condition and this style of pump is rare to find anymore.We have had it in storage for 20 years and the cast iron is in good condition and not broken.It is not bolted together as its just the outer case and you will need to find your own handle and spout parts to finish it off but it is a prized pump and it stands 45" tall. Mobiloil porcelain gas pump sign,very small , dated 41?,Machine,auto,gas and oil
Very small Texaco porcelain sign.Only measures about 7 1/2" by a little less than 9" tall. It might have been 9" tall when it was new because there is some metal loss at the bottom. Has some chips.Scratches,rust,and other dings.The porcelain has tiny cracks in it, and rust has stained the cracks.The rust in the cracks is hard to see in the photos. I think the sign is dated 41. The 4 is partially missing due to the rust spot on the bottom of the sign. The sign has two heavy duty metal grommets to securely mount the sign.The grommets are rusty,and the silver looking plating has mostly corroded away over time.
