It has not been tested. Because the pull start string is broke and cable on the handle bars lever is broke. I manually rotated the shaft of the motor and the hydraulic pump right at the union so I know they are not froze up. They both spin freely. The tires look good except for one tire has a chunk of rubber missing but it is still hold air. Other than that I don't know much else about the unit.
