These smoker stacks and all metal smoker parts are very thick and hold the heat very well with 3/8" thick walls and base is ½" thick heavy metal. Between the two smoker stacks, there is a common firebox. I have mainly used the back smoker stack for cooking and the front stack for holding. The firebox is mounted on the floor between the two smoker units and supplies heat to both. The back smoke stack has 5 cooking racks that spin for easy access to the cooking foods and the front has 6 spinning racks. There are several vents on top and bottom to control the heat and cooking temps. The firebox opens to the front. So to add logs or remove ashes it is very simple and fast. The firebox is equipped with two"coal grade" wood burning log racks that are set side-by-side to make 25" deep and 20" wide flat cradle for the logs to burn on. 2008 Homesteader Hercules Enclosed Concession Trailer
I am selling a 2008 Homesteader Hercules Concession Cargo Trailer Model 716HT. This is a 7' X 16' enclosed trailer with tandem axle. The inside has been customized for food preparation and serving. Linoleum floors and laminate counter-tops have been installed. The inside of the trailer is wired with multiple electric outlets. It is currently wired for 30 amp but can easily be increased. The panel will allow for higher amps. Three individual sinks were installed to assist with food preparation. Trailer is in very good condition and could be used for concession services or many other uses. We no longer have a need for the trailer and need to sale it. Trailer is in good condition. No Reserve! 1974 International Air Stream Concession trailer (27 Feet with hitch)
This 1974 Air stream Trailer is currently used as a Coffee concession trailer. It shows scratches and dents. There is one larger dent on the front left corner as another Vendor had backed into it. This trailer has also several Velcro Strips attached as we attached menu signs to it. The Air condition is working but needs to be manually turned off when it gets too cold inside. Furnace heater was replaced about 11 years ago. There is no Bathroom inside as we gutted that section out to make use for product storage. The middle section has vanities with countertop space for storage and preparation of our products. The oven appears to be original and we have not used it. So not sure if it is in working order. The stove and sink are still in there but we placed a countertop over it for our mixer/cash register etc. This countertop can be removed and ... morethe original sink with hardware is still there. The fridge is the original and in great working order. In addition to the existing 30 amp house line, we added an additional 30 amps with several additional outlets throughout the trailer. This is a custom made Diner Style trailer we had built in 2014. Aluminum and stainless steel with red neon makes this very attractive and an attention getter. This unit is tall inside with skylights to allow natural light in the daytime and be attractive at night. The main concession unit features a True 48" Prep Station. Supera Line Cook Pro Flat Top(propane) and 2-Anets 40# twin basket deep fryers(propane) 3 compartment sink, a separate hand-wash sink, hot water heater, air-conditioner, exhaust hood, tile floor, and a separate back area that we used for a smoker, soda refrigerator and storage.
