This BBQ food truck is for sale in Tampa. FL. We have operated it successfully for one year now and are now expanding into a brick& mortar restaurant. It is a manual diesel engine and gets very good gas mileage as compared to our food trucker colleagues who average 3-5mpg. The truck's build out was done by Dixie Trailer here in Tampa Bay and no short cuts were taken. The roof top was reinforced and painted white with a special sealant. The serving window is flush with the truck's body and is built to be solid and secure when locked. This is a nice clean vending cart that I recently purchased with a group of equipment. The gas burners and pilot valves work correctly. This cart has two water tanks for cold and hot water. The hot water works great. There are a total of four sinks that work great. I purchased two new cast iron grill grates as they where missing. It has good tires and lighting for transport. There is a large storage drawer at rear and lots of glassed in storage at top. The center has a large sliding lid cooler for lots of ice cold drinks and food.

I installed a 5000 btu A/C with remote and a propane fired furnace that fires up off a thermostat on the wall for consistent temp control. There is a Bosch 4 gallon water heater under the sink. 40 gallon fresh water tank and 20 gallon waste tank. The front counter has a stainless steel handwash sink and 3 compartment stainless steel wash sink. The trailer is wired with a 100 amp 8 breaker box and has a transfer switch for 12 volt power for low voltage lights and trailer accessories. The 12 volt fuse block has 15 automotive type circuits to it. There are numerous 120 volt outlets through out the trailer. Maybe overkill but there is no need to run extension cords around the inside. There is a 4000 watt Champion generator mounted on the rear of the trailer. It can be removed if needed but I leave it in a sound deadening box that I built and run it out of. The generator remains in the box and frame that is attached to the frame of the trailer as it travels down the road. It can run off the generator all day in remote location or be plugged into land power if it is available. It is also wired with coax and power on the inside and outside to watch television
