1996 Dodge Ice Cream Truck / Van
Up for sale is my 1996 Dodge Ram van ice cream truck. We purchased the van locally in March of 2013 and at the time. It was a camper van. We then turned it into an ice cream truck! This van currently has 278403 miles. I have been running this van since June and have had no problems with it. It starts up just fine and runs great! There is very little rust and the temperature gauge doesn't work. There is also a small dent on the hood that was there when I purchased it. There are no leaks that I can see. Project Catering Truck
I will not PART the truck or the equipment of the truck out at all. I have a 1980 project catering truck that I started working on a few years back that is about 80% finished. The truck is a 16ft Grumman like a fedex truck. That means that the box part of the truck behind the drivers seat is 16 feet long to the back door. It has a 350 Chevy with auto. The motor and tranny have lots of miles on them I don't know how many but I intentionally went with this setup because they are easy and cheap to replace. It also has the double doors in the rear. And the single side passenger door. The entire truck is made of aluminum. The truck sits on a 2 ton class C frame. That is about where the factory stops. Modifications are as follows. The truck as a serving window in the passenger side that is made of the original skin of the truck. The body was ... moreremoved and the support struts have had 5" C channel Steel added to them to reinforce the floor. This makes the body and the floor very stable and strong. It has a custom built steel. Outside ventilated lockable combination gas bottle/ Generator cabinet. The gas system is setup for double input to the gas supply manifold. The gas system is 1/2" steel and is routed under the floor. It has 2 large propane bottles and regulators installed. The generator is a 6600/ 10000 and is located in the base of the cabinet. The generator is setup to run off the main fuel tank. Inside the truck the the top of the cabinet is built to hold the 40 gallon water tank. The hot water heater is a constant stream flash heater that runs on propane and is all fed by gravity. A pressure pump is not required but is easily added. Everything not used for the catering truck purpose was removed from the inside of the truck it is now all brushed aluminum. The truck is also setup for towing a trailer. All of the exterior paint has been removed from the sides up to and including the roof radius. In preparation to paint. All the paint/ primer and activator was purchased and is included with the truck. $8

2 Barrel Smoker with Barbecue Pit on a Trailer Custom Built
I will add dimensions later but I used this smoker/bbq pit at my restaurant for 8 years. I have done many caterings. Raise money functions, family functions. The pit is about 6ft long 4ft wide and the barrels will hold 2 cases tri-tip and 3 cases pork ribs easily. The outside fire chamber gets the Smokers going to 325 degrees. I used to smoke ribs 4 hours then bbq them over Mesquite Natural Charcoal. The bottom of pit has fire bricks to keep pit hot. I have had it for 14 years.
