I installed a 5000 btu A/C with remote and a propane fired furnace that fires up off a thermostat on the wall for consistent temp control. There is a Bosch 4 gallon water heater under the sink. 40 gallon fresh water tank and 20 gallon waste tank. The front counter has a stainless steel handwash sink and 3 compartment stainless steel wash sink. The trailer is wired with a 100 amp 8 breaker box and has a transfer switch for 12 volt power for low voltage lights and trailer accessories. The 12 volt fuse block has 15 automotive type circuits to it. There are numerous 120 volt outlets through out the trailer. Maybe overkill but there is no need to run extension cords around the inside. There is a 4000 watt Champion generator mounted on the rear of the trailer. It can be removed if needed but I leave it in a sound deadening box that I built and run it out of. The generator remains in the box and frame that is attached to the frame of the trailer as it travels down the road. It can run off the generator all day in remote location or be plugged into land power if it is available. It is also wired with coax and power on the inside and outside to watch television

Carts of Colorado concession trailer
We have a concession cart for sale. It is an Oasis 480 BC. I am told is was originally built to go on a golf cart but it has been on a trailer since we've owned it. The box is 4x4 but the trailer is 61" long x 59" wide. The cart has menu boards on both sides. 4 compartments with drains, cup dispensers on both sides, with display/storage cabinets open to both sides and one on rear of trailer. There is an umbrella holder. It has 13" tires on it and is painted bright yellow. There is a ledge on the front of the trailer which has been added to set things on like cookers.

Only the letter is included in this auction. Not the old ride. Just wanted to give you an idea where they came from. The letters are 12 inches high and 8 inches wide and about 1/2 inch thick wood. They each have a metal eyelet that was used to hang the letters on a board. Doing it this way they could change the sign without making a new one. The carnival was operated thoughout the southeast and midsouth from the late 50's through the 60's. The letters were in barrels and boxes and as you can see have suffered some abuse. Some are white. Some are blue, some are red, but all are scraped up and look like they have been painted several times over the years. I will combine shipping as much as possible and will be listing several over the next few days.

This fair/carnival outfit ran an average of 6 concessions at each event. Usually working 4-5 events at the same time across NC, SC,GA andFL. Their home base was near Fayetteville NC. The operation started in the late 50's and ran until the late 70's when they sold out. Many of the letters and signs are beyond use. I used this unit as my primary oven when I owned and operated a barbeque restaurant in Connecticut. It would also be perfectly suited for barbeque competitions. High-volume concessions at fairs and festivals, or large-scale catering. In case you sense a theme, the money is in the volume with this smoker! It turns out an unbelievable amount of food in a much shorter time than the oil-can-style smokers that take forever and have to be watched constantly- it is truly a"set it and forget it" piece of equipment that makes everyone who uses it a pro. This trailer was purchased new for $59.456.00. I have the original paperwork. The trailer was made by QSI, which was a custom espresso trailer company in Oregon. They are out of business now. I purchased the espresso trailer from the original owners in PA. The owners tried to start a drive thru coffee bar in a very small town and were only in business for less than 6 months before closing it down. The building sat with the air and heat on until I purchased it last Fall. The sellers had nearly $80.000 in the set up and equipment. I have their receipts. They put it behind their gas station hoping to be the next star.buck. It didn't take off for them and so they gave up after a short time. The air and heat has been on the entire time. The QSI espresso trailer has double axles with electric brakes. It has a durolast roof that does not leak. Central air and heat on the roof. There are air and heat act as air curtains above each drive thru window. The original owner had the trailer hard plumbed and hard wired. It has a 200 amp electric panel. We have converted the trailer to be used with a generator. It has a high end surge protector built in. One can easily convert it back to hard wired electric. We also installed two new fresh water tanks that are filled from the outside. One is for the espresso machine(in case you want filtered water) 16 gallons. And the other is for the hand sinks(larger 42 gallon tank) Each tank has new 12volt water pumps with filters. With one connection, the trailer can be converted back to hard plumbing and the tanks used as a back up system
