You can't see it well, but there are two sets of cabinets: one below the sink and one between the beverage fridge and the deep fryers. There are hoods, but one is missing the fan/motor. The trailer itself takes a 2 5/16" ball. There are padlocks to secure the windows and door. The windows lock open so you won't have to worry about wind or anything. Also included are 2 empty propane tanks that came with the trailer. In the interest of full disclosure. I installed the light in this old star. It is a new factory built that is UL approved and safe. It makes a wonderful night light or accent light. The star is 10 inches from point to point. Only the star is for sale. Just included the other pics to show where they came from. From an old carnival operation now out of business. Used to make various signs for several different ride and food concessions. At any given time during the carnival season this outfit would be operating around 150 food and ride concessions. I can tell you there is NO rust on this unit and it is very clean. After purchasing it. We had it painted top to bottom and did a full detail. Additionally we installed new tires and replaced a few hoses. It does leak a little oil and occasionally will backfire. We have been running fuel conditioner through it and have seafoamed the carburetor a few times. It is running much better, but my knowledge of carburetor rebuilding on Cushman air cooled motors is pretty limited. Onboard this little cart is a handful of item to make make food vending on the go fun and easy. There is not a grill so cooking is limited to warming and keeping food warm. The back heating area is designed for steaming and the entire area will stay warm when the doors are closed. Located on the top left is water storage tank that appears to be about 20 gallons. The water simply gravity feeds and it does run through a heat exchanger located next to the propane burners for the steam table. At the very bottom of the cart is a waste water tank that will hold about 20 gallons as well. The

Vintage 9 Inch Carnival Sign Food & Concession Wood Letters DINE
Only the letters are for sale. Just included the other pics to show where they came from. 9 inches tall and about 1/2 thick. From an old carnival operation now out of business. The word you see is one that I came up with out of a group of letters I had. Used to make various signs for several different ride and food concessions. At any given time during the carnival season this outfit would be operating around 150 food and ride concessions. Most of the old games are gone but these letters were used to make interchangeable signs for different locations.
