This great old vintage bottle of ink was found in my grandmothers belongings which have been in storage since 1966. SO. for the past 46 years. This hasn't seen the light of day until just recently. Grandma used to be a bookkeeper by profession and this in her box of office supplies which she used at her work before retiring.

For auction is one vintage. 1960s-era All Steel Equipment metal swivel chair in fantastic original condition. It is painted a silvery gray color and is upholstered in green vinyl. The upholstery is in perfect condition; not a stitch out of place and free rips, nicks or stains. There is one faint scratch on the back of the back pad, which you can see in the photos. The beautiful, curved base features black plastic protector plates on the ends, and the armrests are made of the same black plastic. The metal parts are free of dings and dents, and the paint is in excellent condition overall, though there are small scuffs and scratches common to use. Much less than one would expect on a chair this age, however. A neat early adding machine from the late 1930's with a great Art Deco look. Has a large chain adder with an automatic tens carry& a unique setting entry mechanism. A slider is moved to the number desired. Then the brass button is depressed, which engages the chain running beneath, dragged downward to add the number to the result. It may have some function for subtraction, but we were not able to figure that out. It is in great functional working order with only minor signs of use& age. Here's an interesting antique catalog which provides insight into those familiar rubber stamps you run across every once in a while. This booklet was published for the R.D. Swisher Manufacturing Company around 1909. The 45 page catalog is titled"Catalogue and Net Price List of RUBBER STAMPS. and discusses rubber type, numbering machines, ink pads, self-inking stamps, and the like. Illustrations detail the stamps, stamp sets, check perforators,wax seals, notary seals, brass time check tokens, stamp racks, stamp inks, and much much more. As a reference this catalog is a gold mine, and luckily survives in good condition. As should be expected on such a utilitarian publication the covers are mussed, faded, and lightly soiled. Other cosmetic issues include a period office sticker on the front cover,some folded back page tips, and a quarter ... moreinch tear at one end of the binding. Fortunately the text itself is toned, but clean free of rips, tears, repairs, and scribblings. A helpful resource for folks forgiving of minor condition issues. Here is a great 1903 American Postoffice Equipment Co Post Office door drawer front or Door. The door is 6 1/4 inches tall and 11 inches wide. The door has beveled glass but one piece is broken. The top corners of the door are bent. Not sure is this in normal wear for damage. The lock still turns and opens but the spring inside is broken so to lock the door you have to push the bolt back up. In Good Used Condition still retaining 6 original paper rolls This is a quirky item from the 1950s known as a Permapad sold as a telephone/ desk permanent note pad. It works by storing 6 rolls of paper in the top, which in turn feed through the framework and appear at the base. Notes were written on the paper within the frames and then ripped of the front to be passed on. made by Fonadek(Branson) Limited of Vivian Road, Birmingham, England 23 x 18 cms or 9 1/2 x 7 ins. this has a black Bakelite base impressed with makers mark. Western Electric Signs Central Office Equipment Tags Bell System Signs (10)
Up for auction is a set of 10 NOS Bell System/Western Electric Equipment Signs/Tags. These are from the 1970'80s. These were glued to Central Office equipment on the relay racks in the office. They were usually glued down on the lower part of the rack so the tech could find certain W.E. equipment. These are all used and have some wear and slight bends in them. Some of them are still sticky on the back of them. But I believe that can be cleaned off. They do have some scratches on them from being stored.They are a thin metal and measure. 2&7/8" x 7/8" A very nice piece of Bell System/Western Electric History. Buyer has FREE S&H in the U.S. International will be higher. Thank you.
