From the looks of the mikasa I would say it was partially ran over or backed onto by probably a backhoe. The motor case seems to be fine but from what I see it will need* muffler* air box and filter* cage straightened and welded* rubber shock boot* that is what I can see damaged may need more i am not sure. The wacker looks to be in pretty complete shape. It looks to me like it will need a" fuel tank petcock* spark plug boot* possibly more. Please see all pics clearly.
