Everything else is good with the radio and I'm sure this can be replaced easily by someone. This radio will do both wideband and narrowband channels and has been tested and transmits and receives just fine. These are great radios for Ham. This is a lot of 4 GE Ericsson Ma-com UHF MPD portable radio walkie talkies. Two include batteries. But no chargers or antennas. These have wear on the paint and buttons from use. The model number on the back says 19B801500P9. That translates to a 4 watt UHF 450-470 mhz standard display model. These were spares I kept and haven't used them in years. These are easy to program and should work on 440 ham band with a little tuning. Software is readily available on the internet and the programming cable is readily available on here.
