One is a round antenna Model Number: ISGSRA733. It has a 53" piece of wire that is cut off on the end plus a really long piece of wire which is cut on one end and has a fitting on one end. Wire is exposed on the cut ends. The second antenna is Model Number: SIR-3 3RCTHID04 This is a small square antenna that flips open- adjusts to 90°. RARE WWII PACIFIC THEATER U.S. MILITARY RADIO RECEIVER MODEL R-/URR 1944 PHILA
Up for bids is this very rare vintage WWII U.S. military radio receiver model R-100/URR. If you look at photo# 7 you will see a stencil that indicates that it was treated with fungicide on 01/45. That is a good indication that it was in service in the Pacific theater to prevent the growth of mold and fungus in jungle conditions. I beleive it was manufactured in 1944. This was considered a table top model and it measures; H.W.D. 16.8"x 11.3"x 9.1" It can be operated by battery power or line in. 110-115 v, 210-240v, A/C, or DC. Because the power cord is too deteriorated I have not been able to plug it in to see if it works or not. The frequency selector knob is missing,There is a screw on the front panel that looks like its been replaced, and there is some corrosion on the chasis.
