Vintage CB Radio - Midland 2001 CB Radio - Mobile CB Radio 40Ch CB UK 27/81
This is a working vintage Midland 2001 Precision Series 40 channel mobile FM UK CB 27/81 CB radio. What you see in the photograph is what you are buying. It has a combined rotary on/off' volume control. Rotary squelch control and a CB/PA switch, there is a TX light on the right hand side, the lower signal bar numbers have faded. The microphone is tatty. The plug has come off the end, I dont know if this original microphone works, if you get it to work then its a bonus. There is a 4 pin screw in mic socket on the front left hand side. The channel display is bright and illuminates fine as does the signal window light. I tested the cb using another microphone to a handset and I got a good rig check/report from my indoor ariel. It worked fine. This radio is on the UK FM 27/81 band. Its from the 1980's.
