The R7000 receiver is a consumer model, but sure feels like mil-spec equipment as it is built like a tank using plenty of metal and generous use of high end components. This IC-471A is in very nice condition with a few minor marks on the case. No dents or damage. Face is clean. Has built in Icom power supply. Includes hand mic. The radio powers up fine and gets 25 watts output for one or two transmit cycles then power drops to about one watt. I suspect that the finals need to be replaced but that is not a professional diagnosis. If you like a project a few hours on the bench should result in a very nice all mode UHF transceiver. I have a ICOM UHF 40 Watt analog repeater that works excellent! It is currently programmed for the UHF ham bands 444.000 MHz. This system is a back to back IC-F221 mobile setup with a Hamtronix Elektra 2000 control board. 50 watt- 6 cavity duplexer tuned to 444.000+ and a 20 amp power supply all in a fan cooled. Temperature controlled metal cabinet. This little setup works excellent and was used for about 6 month's before I decided to buy a Quantar. For sale is an unblocked(government version) Icom IC-R20 handheld scanner super wideband radio receiver. This unit was gently used for a short period of time and looks virtually brand new. I have more than one of these handhelds and this was a reserve unit used about 5 or 6 times for a total of about 4-5 hours and basically kept in a storage cabinet. The factory sheet covering over the dial glass is still present and the only real sign of use is some marking by the serial number as it rubbed against my belt when using the belt clip when I took it on a couple of hikes. As you can see. It comes with it's ac adaptor, antenna, belt clip, BP-206 lithium battery pack, a copy of the user manual, a copy of the service manual, copy of the sale flyer, and a couple of reviews. In addition, the buyer will also receive the CS-R20 cloning software ... moredisc, instructions, and USB connecting cable($50 value) plus the SP-27 tube earphone($27 value) plus a spare rubber ducky Icom FA-B01RE antenna($55 value) that will be useful for certain listening applications. This is an ICOM model# IC-471A UHF/ 70 cm"all-mode" Ham Radio transceiver that was obtained as part of a large local sale of used electronic equipment. There was a sticker on the front of the transceiver that said"needs PLL adjustment" So it is not tested and is sold as-is, under eBay's condition listing as"for parts or not working. The main VFO knob has"wobble" to it, so that may also need some adjustment or repair, although it does cause the digital frequency display to change as it is turned. No cables or accessories are included, except for a copy of the manual. You will need a power cable, +13.8V Power Supply, microphone and CW key.
