The T-head water chrome roller has tiny pits in it but I never had a problem printing the second color. I mostly ran line work like letterheads. Envelopes and business cards with small solids. Press comes with lots of extra parts for maintenance. TRIUMPH 4850 Paper Cutter I still use this occasionally for my own personal use and it cuts very good. Two hand operation for safety with paper clamp down. Cuts paper up to 11" x 17" Cuts good but does need the blade sharpened. Comes with an extra blade that also needs sharpening. Heidelberg TOK Excellent Condition
I purchased this press for 1 specific customer and ran it mainly for them only. I did put a few other jobs on it for other prints but mainly I would keep it setup for this customer. I ran a weekly carbonless job that would come in at the last minute and have to be done in a short timeframe. I no longer have this account so I no longer need this press. The total impression count is a little over 11 million. Not even broke in for a Heidelberg. I bought this press in 2005 and in the last few years have put new rollers in it including the large jumbo form roller. I also put new water rollers in it. The press has some extra parts that came with it when I purchased it; There are 5 or 6 various size extra feeder boards- extra rollers- extra light- all manuals and receipts- motor- extra starwheels- extra water bottle- guards/covers and a fuse/switch ... morekit from Heidelberg. The fuse/switch kit looks expensive. I have never used it nor needed it. I know some of the fuses on Heidelberg's can be specific and harder to find so this would be handy if ever needed. I have never had to repair anything on this press except an electrical board that went out about 4 years ago. I ran this press in 8.5 x 11, black ink 95% of the time using polyester plates. I am a 1 man shop and I don't abuse any of my equipment. I have never run this press faster than 6000 IPH. I am the 2nd owner and proud to say This press has NEVER run envelopes since I have owned it. The press is 110V. Everything works. press also has powder spray- plate air- delivery air. I used the delivery air for carbonless stock, worked very nice. I will band this to a skid but I am not a dock high facility so you would need a trailer with a ramp or a liftgate truck.
