CresCor proofer/warming cabnet, super clean, checked
This is a Cres Cor proofer/warmer that is in great shape. I replaced the proofer pan element and checked this unit out for over 4 hours in our shop. It features separate controls for heat and proofing. It has rolling casters. W 20 D 30 H 72 shipping weight 125lbs.There are a few things of note. There is discoloration on the top part of the front door glass and the pan has some calcium build up that we could not remove.
