Hobart Stacker Slicer
This slicer because it is used is being sold as is. For sale is a used Hobart Slicer. I do not have a manual for it. I purchased it at an auction with other equipment. From what I can tell all the parts are there. Although I dont see a sharpener. It powers on and will move the carraige and meat pusher and count down the number of slices it makes. The control board seems to work fine it will program straight slices or circle pattern for platters. I dont know to much else about it. HOBART FP100 Continuous Feed Food Processor Chopper Slicer Shredder Cutter
A local commercial kitchen was liquidated at auction and I bought several appliances to sell on Ebay. I don't know much about this unit and just did a basic power up test. It turned on and hummed like a normal appliance should. No unusual sounds or smells like a bad unit might. There was no blade installed so I couldn't test it's cutting capabilities. But I looked into the chute and could see the shaft spinning. No apparent damage to the unit so it should be a good working model for your needs, but since I don't have the blade and haven't used it for food prep I will have to sell it as-is. I don't have anything extra for it that you don't see in the photos.

This is a used slicer it comes with two blades. You can look up Hobart 512 and look at the features. I do not have a restauarnt and I do pretend to know anything about slicer but It runs great.
