The first location started in the Florida Keys which opened in 1981 and they have 8 other locations within florida the locations are Homestead FL. Miami FL. Hollywood FL. Boca Raton FL. Fort Lauderdale FL. West Palm Beach FL. Coral Springs FL. And Sunrise FL. They have been shuting down all these locations within the last year. A wife and husband started the first location. After the first location was opened it was a great success and others were wanting to start a" Housewives" location so the original owners of the restaurant/bakery combo's wanted to start franchising the other 8 locations so that is what they decided to do and it did turn out to be a great success until a few years ago. Stainless Wire Whip Spiral Dough Hook Univex Hobart Mixer Parts Commercial
Up for Bid are two really nice accessory items for your Commercial Dough Mixer needs. One is a Wire Whip. With aluminum fitments and Stainless Steel Wires, and the other is a Spiral Dough Hook. They appear to be used, but are in very good condition- see photos. I do not know which Commercial Mixer they fit(Hobart, Univex, but the Whip measures: 13 in. long x 7 in. dia. The Hub Bore is 1 in. Dia. The bottom of the hub is stamped with some numbers& letters: NSF, A 20 D, SW. Hopefully this will allow you to identify it. The Spiral Dough Hook again is in great condition. Although I'm sure it's been used too. It measures 13 in. long x 6 in. wide. Again, the Hub Bore is 1 in. and the Hub Height is 3 in. while the Hub Flange is 4 1/2 in. in Dia. See Pics.
