This is a 7 kW electric model which requires 480V 3-phase power. This appliance was purchased new and has never been used. I was hoping to install it in the restaurant I owned but didn't have 480 v 3 phase power. The unit still has the protective film on it so it looks worse in the picture than it will when the film is removed. I have the original installation and operating manual and the hoses and fittings shown in the picture. But I don't have the pressure valves or gauge that came with it.
