This is a large fryer. 3 phase and 50 amp electrical model. The tag on it is unreadable so unable to get serial number off of it. Its a great machine though. If you need liftgate service the shipping company will charge you separately for that. I am part of the shipping cost. Heats to 380 degrees and maintains around 360.
