But the whole unit is very greasy. The only issue I saw was that the power switch on the right-most unit has been partially taken off and is broken. Includes a printed service manual that came with the fryer. Looks to be for this fryer, but can't guarantee it. See photos below for more information on condition. We wired this unit up and were able to do a bit of testing out of it. We were able to wire up each fryer section separately and all of the elements in each of the fryer sections heats up properly. The right-most fryer needs the main power switch in the front of the cabinet replaced and also the front display panel doesn't power on. We haven't ... morefigured out why it doesn't power on. But the unit still heats up, I think the timer and lift just won't work. We have not tried the timer or lifts on any of the fryer sections. Im not sure if this is a 515 or a 515E Model( The wiring diagram on the inside gives information on both but does not specify which one this is. There is not much difference but I would advise to look up any information you can and use your best judgement. Due to this. This item will be sold AS-IS but I assure you that it works. I personally tested today and took pictures of the fryer working and up to 400 degrees. Baskets are in good shape as well! Take a look at the pictures. I put 4 lbs of shortening into unit. in about 5 minutes. The grease was up to 400 degrees as shown in the thermometer picture. Of course that's with 4 lbs, instead of the full 15 lb capacity.
