This is a Lucks model E1826G donut fryer This is an electric fryer Takes 17" x 25" screens Comes with a Belshaw type B dropper. In good shape, and the swing arm and mount. The fryer works great. And has a new thermostat, but there is a few missing parts, that make it incomplete but still fully useable. It is missing the hinge rod for the hold down screen, as pictured, and it is missing the lid support rod, which rests on a peg on the outside of the body when you open the cover, and holds the cover flat so it can be used as a work surface when the fryer cover is open, also in the picture. As it is the cover still operates fine, it just rests open, without the support you can't really use it as a work surface though, or it would likely break the hinges over time. You are bidding on a General Electric Deep Fryer Model 168997 With Removable Pan. The fryer measures 23" long to end of handle. It measures 10 1/2" tall and 9 1/2" across. The metal pan can be removed for cleaning. The basket handle folds down for storage. The control panel has a 30 minute timer and heats up to 375 degrees. The fryer is used and has some stains and signs of wear. The white filter in the lid is stained and probably needs to be replaced(see photo) I do not have any paperwork on this fryer.
