We purchased this on 5/5/2013 from Lowes Sunnyvale and it was VERY lightly used from 5/5/2013 to 3/30/2014(when we moved to a home with built in appliances) Since then. It's been in storage. It was the top of the line Bosch model available(Model# HES7052U) and retailed at $1.649. We also purchased a $119, 4 year extended warranty plan which is fully transferable. The unit look brand new. In the main image. What may seem like smear marks are reflections. There was some chrome that was chipped off the side trimming when we moved it in storage- I've taken a close up picture of this chip.
