I purchased this nearly new C-100 Belshaw fryer along with its matching C-100 proofer in 2005. They have been in storage ever since-they came out of northern calif-probably a Costco-it looks like they were used at the most 1 year and never cleaned-I'm keeping the C-100 proofer but I put a photo of its digital panel to show how perfect both pieces are.
