Commercial Dishwasher Insinger Commander very little use! with booster
This is a very fast and efficient dishwasher. It uses hot water to clean and sanitize the dishes. Wash time is less than one minute. Rinse time is less than 1 minute. There is a tank heated built in to the wash tank to maintain temperature. Included in this auction is a Hatco booster heater that was attached to the dishwasher to raise the incoming water to 190 degrees for sanitizing purposes. Dishwasher is model Commander 18-5. The booster heater is a c-15 by Hatco. A powerful 15kws 208 3 phase. The dishwasher is also 208 3 phase. This is the cleanest used dishwasher I have seen in 28 years in the business. Look at the picture of the booster heater and you will see that it looks almost new. The church ladies hardly ever used this machine. They wanted it out of the way so they could have more counter space.
