Belshaw Type K Donut Depositor with 1-9/16" plain plunger. This plunger size makes 14 oz to 22 oz per dozen by using easily adjustied dial settings. This plunger is for plain cake donuts. Other plungers can be purchased for this depositor for Star and French cake donuts or to produce Dunkenette. Ball or Nugget Donut. Hopper holds 5.5 pounds to produce about 5 dozen donuts. SELLING IN LOTS OF 5* $125.00) The Feed Table. Proofing Trays and Proofing Cloths produce high quality yeast-raised donuts on a standard Mark VI donut system. How it works: Mix and roll dough. And cut into yeast-raised donut shapes- rings, bars, berliners(donuts without holes) holes, triangles and all other shapes, even twists and fritters. At this stage, whatever shape you cut should easily fit between the bars of the fryer conveyor, with space left over for expansion. Take one proofing cloth and one proofing tray from your stock. You should have at least 24-48 trays depending on your daily production. Place the proofing cloth on top of the proofing tray. Place 24 rolled and cut donuts on the proofing cloth, between the lines. Repeat the process several times. Allow donuts to rise. Insert tray, cloth and donuts into a proofer to speed up ... morethe process. After the donuts have risen, carry each proofing tray, proofing cloth and the donuts(together) to the Feed Table. Place the proofing cloths and donuts on the feed table with the rod in front of one hook on each side of the Feed Table's stainless steel chain. Pull out each Proofing Tray and store it for the next use. The Feed Table advances in time with the fryer and drops the proofed donuts automatically between the bars of the fryer conveyor. Donut Fryer- Lucks E1826G Electric with Belshaw Dropper
This is a Lucks model E1826G donut fryer This is an electric fryer Takes 17" x 25" screens Comes with a Belshaw type B dropper. In good shape, and the swing arm and mount. The fryer works great. And has a new thermostat, but there is a few missing parts, that make it incomplete but still fully useable. It is missing the hinge rod for the hold down screen, as pictured, and it is missing the lid support rod, which rests on a peg on the outside of the body when you open the cover, and holds the cover flat so it can be used as a work surface when the fryer cover is open, also in the picture. As it is the cover still operates fine, it just rests open, without the support you can't really use it as a work surface though, or it would likely break the hinges over time. These things are not necessary for the machine, I am only clarifying ... morewhat it has and doesn't have so it is clear. The dropper comes as seen, no hopper or droppers, otherwise complete. Also has the electric plug for hooking up an electric oil pump. Which is not included. Works great. The motor is a little noisy.I took it to a company here in town that works on motors and the took it apart and greased it up and all that but it is a little noisy but it runs.
