With the casting a bit rough around BROS, and it is also marked"48" on one side and"52" on the other. The main body and clamps are aluminum. With steel wire and screws. It comes with a turntable where the donuts fall into so they will not stack up onto each other. It also allows them to cool down. It also comes with a siphon tube that attaches to the side so you can drain the grease easily when cleaning. It is very helpful! This fryer came from a Space Saver System. But it has no identification plate on it. It appears to be a Belshaw model 634. It is a natural gas fryer with a new pressure regulator installed.
