This oven is working but has the following issues: Fan is a little noisey at start up but quiets quickly. The thermostat is off 100 degrees. Now. I have checked the obvious, the knob is on correctly. But when set at 450, it cycles at 350. Set at 350 and you get 250, and so on. It heats to 350 quickly. I'm not a repairman. I have no idea how to adjust the thermostat. Has outside scuffs and light scratches. It will need cleaning. Was used in a hotel that had a limited breakfast. 2 racks included. This is Moffatt mod E25 120v, 13.3 amps. Weights about 85lbs.
