This Huntair clean room was built 2000 and installed at a former Maxim facility semiconductor facility. This system cost in excess of $320/square foot when installed in so the 500 square foot room cost over $160.000. The 500 square foot room can include a blow off room at no additional charge. The room includes the following: Flooring- Raised floor(flow through) with damper panels along the edge and rigid flow through panels in the center of the room.
