Prochem Comanche 2 with built in heater. I have not used this machine in about a year and the last time I used it I could not get water to flow. This is a great machine for home use or auto. But for some reason it will not flow water now. It has a built in heater that heats the water to 212* I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to bring it to a janitorial supply and they will be able to fix it. The front seal on these are faulty from the factory, the oil leaks out therefore causing the front bearings to prematurely fail. I obtained this blower. This older unit is still a workhorse. With relatively low hours at 4500. It hasn't been used for several years but 3 years ago I had Interlink Supply in Omaha go through it and tune it up. In May I turned it on and it runs great, as it should, although a few guages do not work(and never have in the 16 years I've owned it) It comes with the recovery tank and the hose reel. This is a Prochem blazer plus set up. This includes: Machine. Recovery Tank, and Hose reel. No attachments or anything else not pictured. I got this machine in on trade so I do not know the history. It was working perfect when pulled out of the van and stored 6 months ago. I did start the machine up last week and the motor ran fine but I did not hook up the hoses or anything else. This machine is in over all good shape. The gauge that has the water stuff in it has a broken needle and the water solution is missing. The other gauge, the needle is all the way on the right(pegged out or broken) no top cover. The metal filter is damaged and needs welded or replaced as pictured. Has a Van guard motor.
