Set of four heavy duty wheels. Each wheel weighs 12 pounds.set is sold as pictured. You can see the wear and tear. One wheel had a small screw in it.that I removed. All swivels and wheels roll and work as far as I've tested but I'm not a payson wheels expert. Two of the Wheels come unscrewed from swivel to save 15 to 80 dollars on shipping. Otherwise shipping is way too $$$$$$. You can easily reattach the two sets of wheels using a 3/4 inch wrenches. I charged an additional 17 dollar handling fee. That fee is for the second large box for shipping. I can't find on ebays shipping system how to print out and charge for two large shipping boxes.
