4 Industrial Casters WilMat 8 x 2 inch 2 Swivel 2 Rigid Heavy Duty. For sale are 4 industrial quality 8" casters. 2 casters swivel. 2 are rigid. The wheels measure 8" x 2" they are 9 1/2" tall, and the mounting plates measure 4" x 4 1/2" The swivel casters are marked WilMat, the rigid casters are unmarked. WilMat is now part of the RWM Caster Co. There are grease fittings on all bearings, and the bearings all spin freely with no bad spots noticed. One wheel has a couple chips and there is some minor surface rust inside one of the yolks. Please see photos as they are part of the description. For your consideration is this set of four Albion all steel caster wheels. The set includes two swivels and two stationary or non swivel wheels. The wheels are all of the spoked wheel design and marked 5 X 2. 5 inch diameter and 2 inch width) The four hole mounting plates on all four wheels measure about 4 X 4 1/2 inches. Overall height of these wheels is about 6 1/2 inches. The diameter of the axles is about 1/2 inch. All wheels have grease zerks and the swivel wheels have ball bearings and grease zerks in the swivel mechanism. I am trying to describe these wheels as best I can as I don't have the original specifications from the factory. I have listed these wheels as"used" but actually I think they are"new. Set of 2 ALBION Heavy Duty Cast Iron Swivel Caster Wheels Spoked Design 5 Inch
For your consideration are these two Albion cast iron swivel caster wheels. I bought these casters at a local farm sale and although the wheels show a little surface rust I think they are new or unused. The wheels are of spoked design with a 5 inch diameter and 2 inch width. The axle through the center of the wheel has a diameter of about 1/2 inch. The swivel mechanism has ball bearings and each wheel has 3 grease zerks for lubrication. Each caster has an overall height of about 6 1/2 inches. The rectangular mounting plate has dimensions of about 4 X 4 1/2 inches. Each caster weighs about 7 1/2 pounds. If you wish to check the Albion website I think you will agree that these casters have a load carrying capacity of about 1000 pounds each. Here are the details: The swivels have ball bearings The wheels are 1 1/4" wide 2 of the casters have brakes on them. The mounting plates measure 3 1/8" x 4 1/8" I am not sure what the rated load capacity is but they came off a 7' tall steel network equipment enclosure so in know they are pretty sturdy.
