Item Description: This is the EARLY rotary phone produced by Durham Industries in 1976. Photo 4 shows you the extensive marking. Dating and branding of the piece. It appears to have been copper toned when new. I would say the condition is fair to good. It could be cleaned up fairly easily. The original cord is in reasonable shape. There is evidence of wear at the very bottom where it hooks into the phone base. The dial acts like it wants to turn, but doesn't. A drop or two of"WD40 would probably fix that. Vintage 1989 World Industries Mike Vallely Circus Mini Skateboard Deck
World industries Mike Vallely skateboard deck from 1989. This is the"Circus" Mini. The trucks and wheels pictured do not come with this deck. This deck holds a lot of symbolism. Vallely imagined himself as the baby elephant in the graphic who snapped his board after jumping from the launch ramp in the pic. He then walks away from it all. Vallely was becoming tired of having to perform like a circus act all of the time and came up with this graphic idea. Of course.it had to have elephants. That is Mike V's thing! It has a chip on the nose(see pics) but can't be seen from the display side of the board. It is used but in great display shape for any collector. It has vintage Tracker Trucks. Santa Cruz Slasher, and Vision stickers on the graphic but they can be removed if you wish. Dimensions are 13 ½ x 13 ½ inches(compare to the articles mentioned above) These are steel, NOT tin, signs, very thick and heavy. I am not sure if the technique on the front is enameling or just paint, but it still has a nice original finish on it. This sign was found in a cabin, being used to line the inside walls. I have seen a few porcelain signs like these, only without the 1922 year on them, and they are rare. But this is the first sign I have seen with“1922” on the sign, obviously promoting the HUGE campaign that year. I don’t know for sure, but I would guess these would be rarer than the others WITHOUT“1922” on them.

This boombox plays but has ... moreissues. The right and left volume controls don’t respond but the radio currently plays at a high volume level. We would venture to say it’s probably stuck at around the ¾ level mark. Playing at this volume level the radio sounds great. Great volume setting for parties. Working in the yard or garage or great for the beach. It receives a ton of AM and FM stations and locks them in. All the other controls work, tone/band/tape/meter/selector switches, knobs, Meter controls and line in control, DC in& AC in jacks, headphones& ext speakers jacks, Linein& out RCA jacks, Mic left/Right in jacks and"Beat proof" I& II selector. The battery chamber has some rust discoloration on the plastic but not on the terminals. The cassette chamber looks clean. Also the tape player doesn’t work. All we get out of it is a humming noise when we try to play a tape. The push buttons all work and the counter work but there isn’t any music. Just the humming sound. It looks like all the lights work. Esthetically it has the typical aged scuffs, scratches and some dirt areas but no major cracks or broken parts.
