It is one of several'personality modules' that were available for the 7D02 logic analyzer plug-in for the 7000 series oscilloscopes. Tektronix also made an interface(Model PM 100) that allowed using modules in this series with the DAS-9100 series logic analyzers. The personality module for the 8085 allows for display of the processor mnemonics. Demultiplexing of buses, synthesizing signals for tracking processor states and transferring data to acquisition memory. When used with the DAS 9100 it greatly simplifies connections to the board under test. The PM 104 is intended for use in systems that employ the 8085 ... moreprocessor. The input probe consists of a special plug-in that fits the 8085 socket It has a protective cover to protect the pins. And in addition, a sliding system that is intended to straighten any errant pins. The probe is in perfect condition.
