Because I don't know if it's missing anything and I can't properly test. This is being sold As Is or for parts. I have plugged the unit in and the power does come up and numbers are displayed. Being sold as is. I did use a power cord that I have and plugged the unit in. The unit powered up(power light came on) That is all the testing I've done. It did have a printed piece of paper that looked like it was printed from the unit inside the case. Does not come with any power cords or other cables. Being sold as is/ parts.
