It powers up, and I tested various outputs with my digital multimeter(please see photos above for detail) Most of them seemed fairly accurate, although the unit probably needs to be calibrated. The only issue I noticed with it is that whenever I tried to set the output to 1000VAC, the unit automatically switched from Operate to Standby, and the output shut off. I have another one of these machines, and it does the same thing, so I'm not sure what if it is supposed to do that, or if I'm doing something wrong, or if both machines are having the same problem.
