I hooked up my VOM to it and at the lower end of the scale my meter was reading 0.01 volts high compared to the calibrator. In the upper ranges they were perfectly in sync. As my meter has not been calibrated I would attribute the difference to my meter but it’s certainly possibly that the calibrator might need calibrating. Otherwise it appears to be fully functional.
