DC Voltage and current appear to be accurate, as do the internal resistance standards. However our ability to test is limited as the 4708 has much higher resolution than our test instruments. Of course the 4708 should be calibrated before use. AC Volts output has problems. It appears to be accurate on the 10V range. But on the 100V AC range the output may be approximately 1/2 or 1.5 of the indicated value. Unit powers up and the the different ranges can be selected. As well as the values( it must be alive to do this) Will not put out the DC level. Also will not switch into ohms or current mode. Two of the corners of the case needed to be glued. someone didn't know how to get the case open, I guess. Some scuffs on the outside but no obvious damage to anything other than that.
