Trimble Trimpack SLGR GPS Military Surplus Vintage
Missing battery cover. Battery terminal, screw, control knob. Unit powers on, though it doesn't detect any satellites after 12 hours in clear sky. Display and mode controls seem to work correctly. Unit powers on when 12VDC is connected directly to the battery terminals on the rear. All dust caps are present. This unit was given to the Boy Scouts of America by the USFS in the late 90s, and were discarded at the end of 2000, this is the last parts unit left. I used this exact one in the late 90s for navigation when camping, it worked quite well when paired with a map! I will not export from the US. No exceptions. Complete Trimble Auto Steer Nav1 system. This was just removed from a John Deere 9520T. It worked perfectly. We are trading the 9520T in and are going with the green star system. It comes with the AgGps 170 Display and all the wiring harnesses which are in great condition. It also comes with the bracket to mount the antenna to the top of the cab of a john deere tractor. The site net radio has a bracket that installs on the front of the cab where the green star antenna originally mounts using the same bolt holes. If you are installing this on a 9000 series tractor I will give you the two different wire numbers you need to splice into for the steering control. I will also include a copy of AP Toolbox 2 so you can configure this system to your tractor.
