Large Carbide tipped Circular Saw Blade, buzz saw stump grinder sawmill Gravely
Hi. Up for auction is 1. 4 available) gently used 26 1/2 Inch(680mm) 72 carbide tipped tooth saw blade. Max rpm is 2500. The bore is 40mm or 1.575 inch.These blades are heavy(170 thick) and made out of high grade tool steel. The Kerf is about 6mm. 236" It has tension rings and are hammer straightened to run straight and true. It is in very good condition, the teeth look real good. But might have 1 slightly chipped tooth, like the one shown in picture#3, but this won't affect its performance. Some may have a little surface rust from storage. These are very expensive when new. It will be well packaged in its original box. I can make most sizes of spacers(made out of tool steel) for the bore for a additional $12.50. Just let me know what size you need. I do not have time to operate a sawmill business a long with the other businesses that I own and operate unfortunately. But the few jobs we did we made very good money so this mill does have good potential for the right area and person. This mill is in excellent condition, was gone over thoroughly, Band belts replaced/ new blades/ Engine( 27 HP Kolar) maintained and tuned up/ New alternator/ New battery& Cables etc. fortunately for the person buying this I am a perfectionist on all my equipment so this isn't top-notch shape. Hydraulic lift works excellent and definitely a must-have for a portable mill operation. The only thing I did not add to this mill was the debarker ... morenot necessarily a must but is a nice option, to put on also cost an additional $2500 including installation and for the amount of use we gave it which is three jobs in one year we opted not to put it on. New will Wheel bearings were put on this unit. This unit will come with a large toolbox/ thousand dollars worth of new blades directly from wood miser, extra belts and parts everything needed for on the road work. Mobile Dimension Sawmill (Reduced!!)
This is copied after Mobile Dimensions type style sawmill(mobilemfg.com/ and or put Mobile Dimension on youtube to see a video. It is fully functional and has had many upgrades added to it. I have added full hydraulics to it. To make it move up and down, side to side and forward and backwards. No manual hand cranks on it anymore. It came with a Volkwagen engine on it, but I changed that to a 4 cylinder diesel with more power. This is not your typical cheap bandmill, it has three circular blades with replacable tips. With each pass of the blade you cut out what ever size lumber you need up to 8" x 12" up to 18' long from logs over 4' in diameter. No flipping the log to square it up. The log stays in one position and the saw moves to make the cut. With the third adjustable blade you can cut two boards in one pass to speed ... moreup production. It need a couple of belts replaced, but still works great. It is set up to be a trailer to take to the jobsite. 21 1/2" Large Carbide tipped Circular Saw Blade, buzz saw table sawmill Gravely
Hi. Up for auction is 1. Gently used 2 1 1/2 Inch(550mm) 60 carbide tipped tooth saw blade. Max rpm is 3400. The bore is 40mm or 1.575 inch.These blades are heavy and made out of high grade tool steel. It is in very good condition. The teeth look real good. These are very expensive when new. I can make most sizes of spacers(made out of tool steel) for the bore for a additional $12.50. Just let me know what size you need. The spacer just adapts the bore to fit your shaft size, the 2nd. Picture shows a 1" spacer by the bore of the blade, Gravely's usually use a 7/8" spacer. If you need a spacer let me know the size you need before you pay. The address had to be written on the right side of the back of the postcard while the left side was reserved for writing messages. Most postcards were printed in Germany, the world leader in lithographic processes. Then at the height of this country wide mania, WWI began. It brought with it. A crash in the hobby as the supply of postcards from Germany came to an end. 1998 Woodmizer LT40 Super Remote Sawmill W/ Kubota Diesel Engine Only 700 Hours
Very Nice Woodmizer LT40 Super Remote with the ultimate Kabota diesel Engine setup. Machine was stored for 9 years in Barn and was prepped properly. New Paint last year when taken out of storage. Fully Automatic with all the bells and whistles. Debarker. Auto Loader, Remote station. Kabota diesel, Trailer package. Electronic Set Works are not working-may need new board or repair? Works fine and quicker without though- To upgrade to up to new modern set works will cost you about $2100.00. May be able to fix old one with 125.00 circuit board-Woodmizer is out of them and not sure if they will make any more?never needed them though. Selling due to health issues and finished house beams. This machine will cut up to 68+' a miniute and is a high production machine. Always starts first time and no know issues what so ever. Some bruises but nothing ... moremajor. Feel free to come and take a look and run it! The pictures of the mill this past August was 110 hours ago on machine for reference. These engines will go well over 10.000 hours-and Woodmizer has never had a single issue with this engine series in their company history. 1795 Contract Purchase of 1/12 Part of a Sawmill Hampton. Rockingham County, New Hampshire Between John Taylor and Edmund James Measures 1.25 x 13.5" printed form with hand-inked entries on water-marked paper with wire lines and a deckled right edge. Once folded in half horizontally and in thirds vertically. Evidence of a wax seal once being present at the lower right corner. This is an interesting contract wherein for the price of 4 pounds 15 shillings John Taylor of Hampton sold 1/12 part of a sawmill to Edmund James. Also of Hampton. This meant that Edmund James was entitled to use of all the facilities at the mill for one day and one night in twelve. The sawmill and the terms are described as follows: one twelveth part of a saw mill in Hampton in the County and State aforesaid standing on Taylors River(so called) together with the ... morestream priveledge of the yard. Iron works, and whatsoever belongeth thereto,which is the twelveth part of said mill from top to bottom, which is one day and one night in twelve. Taylor attests that the premises are free of incubrances and that he has full power and lawful authroity to sell. And the contract specifies that the sale guarantees all the privileges and appurtenances not only to Edmund James brt also to his heirs and assigns. The contract is dated February 20th 1895. There is no signature. But it was likely signed on a paper slip attached to the original seal. We checked the US 1790 Census and did in fact find a listing for a John Taylor in Hampton- with an 11-person household. Listed next to a John Taylor, Jr. with a 4-person household. As the population of Hampton was small, there is little doubt that one or the other of these men was the seller here. local historians may know more- there may be tax records or other documents to settle the matter. We could not find Edmund James in the 1790 or 1800 Census, but there were several James familes close by in the county. CONDITION: Overall Good. Split at the center horizontal fold.
