I tightened up the cap, and it did change the pitch of the noise, I am not sure what it is, but it doesn't sound deep, it might even be a loose fit with the cap. It also didn't seem to affect performance. It might even be the controller, I am not sure that the system 50 works on these well. These rotary tables are very well made(in the USA) and a great value. This set is missing one T nut and one clamp. But both of these items can be bought very inexpensively from Sherline or one of the other outlets that sell Sherline parts. I may yet find them before the auction ends. A little bit of TLC with fine steel wool. Or even a green scouring pad, will remove the very light surface rust on the rotor. A new package of socket head cap screws is included. I have a few sizes other than the 3/4" length shown here, and I can swap for 1/2" 1" or 1-1/4" if you have a preference. USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping is cheapest for this.

Parker Daedal CNC Rotary Table 6" 200RT 4th axis NEMA 23
This is a Parker Daedal division rotary table in good shape. This table matches the 200RT 6" series dimensions exactly and looks exactly the same. But has an older part number 008-8414 which doesn't correspond to the current production 200RT part number scheme. The serial number is 9540386-2. Table is 6" in diameter and 2" tall. Mounting holes are on 4" centers. The motor mount is for a standard NEMA 23 servo or stepper motor. Gear ratio is 180:1 or 2 degrees per revolution of the input shaft. This may be adapted for use as a 4th axis on a smaller CNC machine.

You are bidding on a small. Used machinist's milling rotary table. The table measures 6" in diameter and the overall dimensions are 10 1/4"x6 1/2"x2 3/8" high. It was manufactured by Green Instrument Company in Cambridge, Massachusetts. My research shows that they were in business from the end of WWII to around 1993. The machine has light rust but the threads are heavily greased and move very smoothly and do not bind. I have made NO attempt to clean it at all. I have for sale one used Vetcoa thread milling rotary table made by Ohlinger Industries in Phoenix Az. Model# 3668. S/n 1793 The rotary table is 12" diameter. 115vac control with Bodine 1/4hp motor. Variable speed electric control + high& low range gearbox. There are raise, lower and stop controls on the front of the rotary table base. The raise& lower buttons change direction of the table rotation. A reversing switch on the control can also changes direction of rotation for left or right hand threading. There is an adjustable position automatic stop switch for end of travel. Just need to add your own thread pitch bushings and your ready to start machining. This has been sitting on the shelf for several years so the buyer should probably relubricate all moving parts but is fairly clean as is.
