Pink Western Electric Bell System Trimline Rotary Table Top Phone The ringer does not work. I noticed that there are two wires that are disconnected in the inside. A gray and a gray/ red wire. I'm not sure where these would be reconnected. Everything else works fine. But the ringer does not work. The base is marked"Ad1 12/65; Trimline; Bell System Made by Western Electric. This has the original 4-prong plug connector. The plug wire measures about 8 feet 8 inches long. Overall this is in nice used condition. The looped cord has aged with out of aligned loops. I wasn't sure how to put them back into place. Minor discoloration on the side of the base from a sticker that I removed. The area is slightly lighter pink, and some scratches and wear from usage. The rotary dial twirls and retracts on every number selected. I tested this ... morephone by calling from my cell phone and calling from the rotary phone. Both times I could clearly hear myself. I didn't hear any static. The ringer does not work. All of the wires are hardwired into the handset and base. If ever need to be replaced. I'm not sure. An interesting old item!
