Here is a lot of six wood possibly vintage with black vinyl? outside microscope slide boxes. Perhaps from an old school class on biology. One is slightly smaller see photo. Boxes are black with metal clasps(some discoloration on clasps) Found at an estate sale and hoped someone can make use of them. Cosmetics are fairly good but vinyl is not perfect in total; insides look fine and ready to hold up to 100 slides in each box. Size is approximately 11" x 8" x 1 1/4" In addition is one wood box that holds 50 slides looks like new. The small wood box on the center left in photo has over twenty slides of some animal organs of unknown source. Vintage scientific microscope lenses and attachments
There are four pieces. They were in a box with the paper that has Edmund Scientific on it. I can't tell if allow any of these pieces are Edmund? You are buying as is. There is one lens that is marked Germany. Another attachment or piece is marked Microscope Adapter T2. The other two appear to be metal attachments and are unmarked. The one appears to be the same paint and finish as another piece I harp e listed but I could not match them up anywhere. Very ice pieces but appear to be parts to other items. The Germany marked piece is a very nice looking lens.

Not exactly sure what this is. It was in a box of many items purchased at an estate sale. I have other fine scientific pieces listed from the same sale. This may just be a piece of a microscope. It has a lens so that is good the lens when you look thru it has a measurement chart that runs from 0 to 6 and has increments of 10 from number to number. This is a fantastic piece found at an estate sale where the resident was a University Professor and Scientist. The microscope has the booklet but was not in a box rather was set up as display in his Study. It was his prize piece. I am not sure of the age but the Use and Care of the Microscope booklet was was copyright 1912. It is very nice. It was well used as seen in the photos and is sold as found. It s accompanied by the Care and Use booklet. A lens container and a box with a slide in it. I believe this to be quite old. It does have a serial number of 25408 is what I make out. All of the mechanics seem to airlock fine and it has the attach oh meet below the slide table. It has wonderful worn patina. All the adjusting tools work and it has a dual head lens keeper on it. Completely relaxed it measures about 13 inches in overall height and ... morethe lens chamber has about 3" of height up and down adjustment. This is a cool high quality piece. A must have for any collector!
